Quiet luxury along a private shore
Casino floors, candlelit dinners and a shoreline that never loses its charm. For 33 years we have refined one craft: making each guest feel like the most important person present — without ever needing to say it.
Plan Your VisitExperiences shaped around you
From early swims to late-night gaming, every hour here is planned, practised and polished across the years.
Live Entertainment
Jazz evenings in the main bar, headline shows in the rotunda, and close lounge sets four nights a week. The Thursday pianist has been with us for years. Some guests travel solely to hear him play.
Sunset Terraces
Three open-air dining tiers facing west, arranged so no two tables look straight at one another. Golden hour here lasts about forty minutes. For years we have tuned the menu, the music, and the lighting around that window.
VIP Gaming
High-stakes tables in private salons, no onlookers, no cameras, no hurry. Personal hosts handle transfers, dinner, and discretion. Membership is by invitation, yet a single weekend visit is often enough to earn one.
Hospitality without spectacle.
We have little interest in flourish. The flowers stay fresh because they ought to. The robe feels substantial because it ought to. The kitchen stays open until the last guest is ready, not until the menu dictates. The work that matters is the work you never notice — and that is the work we place first.
There is a right way to do this craft and a wrong way. Across 33 years we chose one path and held to it. Every person on our team — from the front desk to the kitchen porters — was selected, trained and retained because they share the same sense of what good looks like. A building alone cannot create that. It comes from people.
We hope you will visit and judge for yourself. And when you do, we hope you will tell us where we fell short, so the next 33 years improve on the last.
A coastal retreat, 33 years in the making.
Founded in 1993 on a private stretch of Mediterranean shore, Emeraldhomecascade was built for guests who judge value by how a place makes them feel, not by what it puts on show. We began with six rooms, a kitchen, and a small bar. Today we hold 120 keys, four restaurants and three private gaming salons, yet the original kitchen still serves dinner every night.
From the casino floors to the spa terraces, every room and every ritual is guided by people who have spent their lives refining hospitality. Our head sommelier has been with us for many years. Continuity is not a slogan for us; it is the whole point.
We hold a five-star rating from every guide that matters, but the praise we treasure most is the one we cannot hang on a wall: more than 55 percent of our reservations each year come from guests who have stayed with us before. That is the only figure we truly track.
An education in restrained hospitality.
